Been working on this one for a few hours now, but here is probably the best version of basic liquid physics in Game Maker that you will find. The main problem with literally every other tutorial out there is, well, actually there's two. First, the particles or "waters" collision is not set, because I assume people creating those tutorials don't understand how the collision with particles works. So in their examples the objects have gaps or spaces between them and it doesn't look like water at all. Second, if the particles or "water" do manage to overlap each other or "blend" with each other, they have an awful black outline that prevents them from blending together. You can see each individual particle or "water drop", and it just doesn't look good. Again, assuming they don't know about blendmodes or how to implement them properly. Anyway, ranting aside, here's what it looks like! When you download it, be sure to check the readMe (it's just a script that's been completely commented out). Also I made several comments in this one so you'll know exactly what everything does! Hope this can be a helpful, fun, learning experience! Click Me To Download!
