I made this concept earlier today: www2.zr2xu.net/games/SpaceTD/Left Click to place a turret on the planet Right click to spawn a satellite, it will take about 2-3 seconds for it to appear.

I actually like this idea a lot, there seem to be a lot of possibilities for what you can do here, like systems with multiple planets or cool flight patterns for enemies and stuff like that.

Hee hee, tower defense games.
A fun little bug, or at least I assume it's a bug: if a bullet's target enemy dies en route, it'll change direction and start flying towards the next nearest one. If you spam towers you can cause the bullets to "bounce" between targets until there are no more on the screen.

This is actually something I've thought of a bit too, but not for use in a tower defense type game. I really like that idea though. Keep us updated!
